Appointments are recommended but not necessary. We recommend that you schedule your appointment prior to leaving the salon or ahead of time to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule. Being on time for your appointment helps us be on time.



If you’re unhappy with any of our services, for any reason, we’ll happily perform whatever service(s) necessary within 10 days of the original service to guarantee your satisfaction.



If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may exchange it for another product. Products must be exchanged within 10 days of original purchase. No more than 25% of product may be used. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on discounted items or Gift Cards.
